New Alstor 8x8 Range Released

After the success of the Alstor 8x8 Profi range of machines, AB Alstor have now released their new range which consists of the 810, 820 & 830 models. The new range of Alstor 8x8 machines replace the existing profi models and have new developments and improvements.

The 810 is the petrol roll-bar model with either 16 or 18hp engine, with the new 3.5m Farma generation 2 loader.
The 820 is either 15.7hp diesel or 18hp petrol with side stainless steel exhaust and new central hydraulic braking system as standard. The 820 also has the new 3.5m Farma generation 2 loader as standard and can, also be fitted with the new reverse drive and steering package as an optional extra
The 830 is the full cab model, with choice of diesel 15.7hp or 18hp petrol engine with side stainless steel exhaust and a new central hydraulic braking system as standard. The 830 also has the new 3.5m Farma generation 2 loader as standard and can, also be fitted with the new reverse drive and steering package as an optional extra

Along with the new models from AB Alstor, there are also some new accessories now available which include, new steel band tracks, reverse drive & steering, felling head which can be crane mounted, the new .16 Farma grab with optional clam shell buckets and the remote control loader mounted winch.

Sales continue to grow in the UK in 2011, with a continued interest from both contractors and woodland owners. The new range has been received extremely well at the Elmia and Umea Swedish forestry shows, with 10 units sold at the shows.
